NATE DYK
Project Architect
Nate holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from California Polytechnic State University San Luis Obispo with a minor in Sustainable Environments. After graduation, He joined Ward-Young Architecture and Planning in Lake Tahoe, CA where his work focused on ‘mountain modern’ residential, retail and commercial projects. As a member of the firm’s design team, several of his projects received awards from Tahoe Quarterly Magazine and the Contractors Association of Truckee-Tahoe. In 2019, Nate joined the eric hedlund design Team to assist in the design and management of the firm’s residential and commercial projects. Additionally, Nate utilizes Building Information Modeling (BIM) technology to clearly communicate the design intent and coordinate each project with the team’s outside consultants. For residential projects, he brings a wide range of design & management experience, which includes projects from affordable housing to multi-million dollar lakefronts.
Outside the office, Nate enjoys spending time with his wife and three kids, swimming in the local lakes and rivers, landscape photography, and discovering unique destinations.
