ERIC HEDLUND

Eric graduated from the University of Idaho and the University of Tennessee with professional Bachelor degrees in both Architecture and Interior Design. Prior to that, Eric spent 3 years designing 7,500 - 20,000 sq. foot custom homes in the southern California area. He joined William Zmistowski Associates as a Project Designer and CAD Intern in 1993. There his work focused on high-end, design-oriented golf clubhouse projects. In 1996 he co-founded Marsh & Associates, Inc. He recruited a core group of experienced personnel who shared a similar philosophy of providing the utmost in quality design and client services. Eric was the lead designer and Vice President at MAI Design Group. He has designed over 30 clubhouses including The Bridges at Rancho Santa Fe, CDA National, Victory Ranch in Park City, Black Rock, Mayacama, Sonoma Golf Club, ProngHorn, and Boot Ranch, winning awards along the way. He has worked on over 40 clubhouses and designed over 18 golf pro-shops. In addition to his experience working in pro shops, maintenance facilities and cart/bag storage, he is a current 8 handicap golfer. 

In 1998 he founded EH Design, focusing on design of high end residential projects for clients of the clubhouse and resort facilities who wished to utilize his design services for their homes. Over the past 20 years the team at EHD has designed over 300 residential custom homes and estates throughout the western US.

He joined Black Rock Development in 2004 as Vice President and Director of Design for all projects in the Black Rock portfolio. These include The Club at Black Rock, CDA National Golf Club, Kendall Yards, Bellerive, Rivers Edge, Northwest Place, and Park Side at Legacy Ridge.
