AMY YOUNG

Interior Designer

Amy graduated from the University of Idaho with a Bachelor’s degree in Interior Architecture in 2001.  She joined Design West Architects in Pullman as a Project Designer and CAD Intern in 2002, where her work focused on education and commercial projects.  She has also had the opportunity to work in the sales aspect of the industry, dealing with interior finish materials, furniture, window treatments, and accessories. This work has broadened her knowledge of products, estimating, and the purchasing process.  Amy has been married to Trevor Young for 8 years and they have 3 beautiful little girls together.  As a family they enjoy playing golf, being on the lake, and traveling.  She joined Black Rock Development in 2005 as an Interior Designer and worked on many projects in the Black Rock portfolio.  These include Black Rock Cottages and Villages, Black Rock North, Kendall Yards, Bellerive, Rivers Edge, and Northwest Place.  In March of 2011, Amy began working for EH Design as an Interior Designer, once again focusing on custom single family residential interiors.  Amy uses her vast experience in design to assist clients in all aspects of the interior design experience.
