Jim graduated from the University of Idaho with a professional 5 year degree in Architecture.  Prior, Jim started his career with Miller Stauffer and ALSC Architects both of Coeur d'Alene.   Then he joined Washtington State University as a Project Manager of general construction on major capital projects.  In the following years he spent several years at McKinstry INW in Pullman where he oversaw the design and construction of several projects.   He is an architecture/design/construction/development professional with over seventeen years of experience, with expanding scope and responsibility.  Track record of bringing in small to multi-million dollar projects on time and under budget.
